This note is serial number #5087, plate B. This note is very well centered, with virtually 100% of the border around the note visible. This note is marked by PCGS as "Apparent, rust stains on back." As you can see in the scan, the rust stains are very small and do not detract from the note at all. The orange overprint is vibrant for a note grading at this level. I bought this from a prominent dealer many years ago as an EF. PCGS did not see it that way, so my loss is your gain! Overall, this is a very nice example of a T-22 and would look great in your collection. A great note, and priced attractively, with free USPS Priority shipping!! Was $2,495, now just $2,249!!
