Your old LCD must be: 1: LCD and Digitizer fully working. 2: The backlight has no damage. 3: No water damage. 4: There are no black or yellow spots (in this case you can send it for evaluation, but we can't promise anything). 5: There should be the "APPLE" Apple logo on the flex ribbon cables! (We don't buy back fake LCDs).
If all of this is true and you wish to recoup some of your losses, send us your old LCD in the box that you receive from us with the new LCD.
