Marvel Legends - Exclusive lot of 5

“PLEASE”  Read and understand all terms of the auction before bidding.

Description & Condition – Please see pics for items condition. I try to take several different poses to show figure's articulation, pose ability, color/paint application, etc.

All loose figures are in good/used out of package condition unless otherwise noted. Comes with everything pictured. Cards have shelf wear, creases, or damage ....see pics

I always try to list or take pics of any in-perfections but might overlook some things from time to time due to the large volume of figures I deal with.....so please see pics and ask questions.

I take extremely good care of all figures when in my possession, but some of the figures I have collected come second hand from other collectors.

If you have any questions, “PLEASE” ask. I will try to answer all questions in a timely manner.

Bases are not included with figures unless noted.

Shipping & Handling - Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail or First Class with tracking information and insurance to cover both of us in case there is damage or item is lost through mail.

All auctions will be packed well in bubble wrap to insure the item arrives in good condition.

All individual loose figures under 13oz. will be packed in bubble wrap, and shipped First Class in a bubble mailer/envelope with insurance.

I will gladly COMBINE SHIPPING for multiple auction wins. “PLEASE” contact me at auctions end for your combined shipping quote before paying.

All auctions that start, end, or combine for over $100 will add $2.35 for signature confirmation to protect both of us and make sure YOU get your figures(s) you purchased.

Every auction will have a small handling charge to pay for materials (tape, bubble wrap, etc).

I try to ship  as soon as the item has been paid for, but I only have 2 days off a week that I can ship because my work schedule is the same as post office hours. I work in restaurant business so my days off vary.

If you would like additional or quicker shipping I will gladly do so at buyers expense.

Payment - Payment should be made with PayPal within 2-5 days. After 5 days a non-paying bidder alert will be filed with eBay unless you have communicated with me about late payment.

If you are trying to COMBINE SHIPPING and need more time, PLEASE contact me. I am a collector myself, so if you need more time…I understand….PLEASE just keep good communication with me.

Trades - I do buy, sell and trade. If you are interested in trading as payment, PLEASE contact me ahead of time so communication is clear on trade. I am a huge collector myself and love the whole process of collecting and trading. If you would like to sell something you have, PLEASE contact me as well. I will sell your stuff on eBay also for small commission, if you do not have the time.

International - International bidders are welcome. PLEASE understand and know how customs works for your particular country.

Taxes and additional customs fees are not part of the shipping and handling fee. Any additional fees will be the buyer’s responsibilities.

There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS for any reason on items that get damaged or lost due to international shipping.

Because I have been burned several times in the past shipping international ... I will now only use International Priority Mail. I know it is more expensive and I am sorry, but this is the only way we can track items and have insurance also.
