■ Since we carefully pack the product in order to avoid damage,

■ Returns are accepted only if the item was not the item described.
■ Items cannot be returned once opened.
■ If you are not happy with the item purchased,
I will refund your money for the cost you paid for the item, but will not refund the shipping, insurance, tariffs, duties and costs.
■ In order to get a refund, the item has to be sent back to me within 30 days and in the same condition as when I sent it out.
