We ship to all locations worldwide. Continental United States, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are subject to United States domestic shipping rates. UPS service is not available to non-continental states. International items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges subject to your country's laws and customs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer to investigate such costs.  Consult your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be, prior to bidding or buying.  Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when the item is picked up. We accept PayPal as payment methods for any domestic transaction.  Packages destined to Florida are charged an additional 7% in sales tax according to state law.  International payments must be submitted through PayPal to guarantee safety of the transaction.  request a winning bidder to provide documentation supporting their identity.

We are committed to your absolute satisfaction. We will gladly exchange or refund any items, within 14 days of their delivery, if the purchase does not warrant your 100% satisfaction.  Contact SobeDigital Customer Service to obtain an RMA number before returning any items. Shipments received by SobeDigital without an RMA number will not be accepted.  For exchanges or refunds, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, including: the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories and documentation.  Multiple-item purchases with missing products will only be partially refunded for the value of the missing item(s).  Missing or damaged packaging and/or instructions will be refunded for the amount of the item minus a 15% restocking fee.  Return shipping costs are, in some cases, the responsibility of the buyer.  Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after receipt of the returned item(s).  Please allow up to 2 business days for returns to be processed.  Shipping and handling charges for international orders are not refundable.  Please refer to your particular product's packaging for manufacture warranty terms and conditions.  After the 14 day return and exchange period has elapsed, product warranty claims should be forwarded to the manufacturer.
