We would hope that all our customers have a good buying experience with us, however occasionally sometimes things don't go as smoothly as we would like the too.

These factors are normally out of our control but we are always happy to help you. We would really appreciate it if our customers who are dissatisfied or have received a broken/damaged item in the post or if your item is delayed and has not yet arrived to please get in touch (preferably by email - as this protects you as the buyer) before leaving your feedback.

Returns Policy

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods

BUYERS PLEASE NOTE

Free Delivery does mean economy, you can't really complain when it’s free?  Please understand that eBay’s estimated delivery is by definition an Estimate and not a date of arrival.

Royal Mail's delivery can vary widely around the country.

2nd class is not 48 hour delivery - it is* 2-5 days*     up to - 14 days.

1st class is not 24 hour delivery - it is * 1-3 days*     up to - 14 days.

If you cannot tolerate this level of variance, but do not wish to pay for a better and more reliable service then please do not buy from us. We will not replace a missing item until 14 days has passed.

Our postage options are clearly available at checkout, if you don't upgrade that service we cannot make a parcel arrive any quicker.

In some instances we may charge additional postage on specific postcodes in Scotland. You know who you are. We do not ship to Channel Islands or southern Ireland anymore please do not ask.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Your order may be subject to customs charges and/or import fees if you are having an item delivered to a location outside of the UK. We cannot estimate when these charges will be applied, how much they will come to if applied and we regret that we cannot pay these charges. For more information about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Returns to be made within 14 days of date of purchase - in brand new condition  unworn unfitted in original packaging so can be sold as new.

If the purchase has been made in error , or is unsuitable or simply doesn’t fit then the outward postage of £3.99 will be deducted from the refund. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please do not enter into this contract if you are not happy with these terms and conditions.
