All items will be shipped in bubble protected envelopes or physically wrapped and sealed in bubble wrap to ensure they don't get damaged while in transit.
To protect ourself we randomly send products signed and/or tracked.
We will happily post internationally. Although we can't offer free postage. We will invoice you if you buy multiple items from us so you pay the exact postage and packaging that it cost us. Please note we aren't responsible for any customs or import fees that may occur (We haven't had any problems yet). If you require a postage option that isn't listed, please contact us to arrange it.

Incorrectly advertised, defective, damaged in transit or wrong item:
You can return your item for up to 30 days and we will issue a full refund or replacement (if available).
Unwanted item:
If you changed your mind and no longer want an item you can return it to us. The item has to be in its original condition and undamaged shrink wrapped, if sold as new and sealed. Pre-owned games have to be complete as sold, including manuals and discs in original condition. Please note we will not refund postage costs, as there is no failure on our part. If you fail to take responsible care of the item and it arrives damaged, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
When will I receive my refund:
We will test every returned item and refund you within 1-2 days, if the item is in its original condition.
