Packaging & Shipping

All orders are shipped in DISCREET plain padded envelopes. There are no product descriptions on any packaging sent out. All orders are dispatched in non-transparent plain padded envelopes/mailing bags. We avoid sending ANY plastic or Card board packaging where possible. The only identifier is our return address label on the back of the package.

Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 1 working day unless otherwise informed at time of purchase (subject to Holidays)

Postage: All UK orders are dispatched via 2nd class post (unless otherwise requested) International orders are sent via airmail. Express delivery is available at an extra cost

Product Condition: Brand New with tags: A brand-new, unused, unworn and undamaged item in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached.

Returns: We welcome returns/exchanges on all goods purchased within a 30 days of the original transaction date provided they are in an as new condition with all original tags/packaging in place.
