GUZMANIA "TRIUMPH"
This magnificent rare and robust hybrid is a large sized Guzmania and has thornless leaves that cascade over one another bending in an open rosette. The tall to 80cm heavy flower bract and is bright fire red, the flowers are yellow.
A very striking and handsome Bromeliad worth having in any collection.
Very long lasting display.
It prefers moderate to filtered light.
Keep water in cups at all times.
A mix of peat ,orchid compost and bark for a porous and slightly acid medium.
Keep soil somewhat dry, water once or twice each week, mist leaves if practical.
It eventually forms clusters and is semi-hardy.
Most Bromeliads adapt well to greenhouse, home or conservatory conditions.
(Note: Bromeliads are mainly supplied as pups, ramets, as divided from mother plants, they sometimes have some roots, not always, this is normal, roots form fast on planting)
