2x an antique Chinese ceramic bowl, refered to as
Jun ware - Junyao ceramic
both of a conical form with slight inverted rim, interior and exterior covered with beautiful splashed and spotty lavender & blue glaze, at the top rim brownish,
failing short in a irregular line above the foot, exposing the unglazed ceramic of the raised base
no marks found
provenance: a private estate in The Netherlands
we are not familar with Chinese ceramics and therefore not sure about the age,
please do judge for yourself for age and place of origin, by taking a close look at all pictures
condition: no damages, no cracks, no chips, no restorations, one has some little specks- air bubble like - on the inside bottom - caused during manufacturing, the other has a kind of slight mat layer on the glaze - we did not try to clean this, both have authentic glaze craquelé
heights: 8,2 and 8,5 cm / circa 3.2 and 3.3 inch
width at the top: 19 cm / circa 7.4 inch
