To make use of the right of withdrawal you are asked to contact us 14 days after the receipt of the article purchased and follow the instruction given by email which you will receive as soon as your request for withdrawal is confirmed in the system. It’s the buyer’s obligation to bear all related cost for a return. 

One exception to the right of withdrawal we highlight for our customers outside the European Union here: 
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract was concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time the contract was concluded are outside the European Union.

Worldwide Shipping: 
You can find the shipping costs under "Shipping and Payments". Please note that the costs listed there apply additional to the purchase price.  
We are not responsible in case of foreign taxes or customs duties. These will be customer's responsibility.
