Payment Policy

We accept Paypal payment only.

Please make payment within 7 days after receiving the eBay invoice from us. If more time is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us to make further arrangements! YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!

We cannot guarantee availability of the item if the payment is not received/ cleared within 7 days of order made / auction ended.

We will try our very best to ship the item as ordered / paid for to you, but we reserve the rights to offer equivalent replacement or money refund, if the item is sold out in our local store before the payment received.

Important Note: For buyer who plans to pay by eCheque (PayPal), the item will only be shipped after the eCheque payment is clear. This process will take approximately 3 - 5 business days.

Shipping & Handling Policy

Item will be usually shipped within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. You will be notified if there is any delay.

All goods will be examined before we ship.

A tracking number will be provided / added to the eBay transaction made.

Any undelivered item due to wrong delivery address, buyer will be charged for the full shipping cost again. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchange & Return Policy

We will gladly exchange the item if a manufacturing defect is found upon receipt or if it is damaged during shipping (insurance required).

     It must be notified of the defect or problem within 3 days of receipts of the product.

     Returned item MUST BE UNUSED with all original packaging as receipt.

     All unused products can be returned within 7 days from the receipt date excluding shipping cost (shipping cost is not refundable). Returned shipping cost is buyer's responsibility.
