We are now offering professional custom made bleaching trays direct to the patient (you) but considerably cheaper.

Once we receive your impression we will cast a plaster model of your teeth, then use a thermoforming machine to create your whitening trays. The trays are custom made to a professional standard.


Unlike other systems:

  • We supply 3 different sizes of impression trays to suit your size of mouth. This will give a more accurate impression and therefore a better fit of your trays.
  • All trays have a contour cut gumline for the perfect seal and fit, we do not charge any extra.
  • We use a pressure forming technique for superior seal and fit.

Tray description-

Dental standard - Made exactly to your impression
With Reservoirs - As above but each tooth area is made with an individual reservoir to hold the gel for optimal whitening
Tray thickness- 1mm is the standard dental thickness, 2mm is longer lasting(This is the starting thickness of the material, due to the thermoforming process the finished thickness will be thinner and may vary.)
N.B. Every tray has a contour cut gumline for the perfect seal and fit.
