The GP Pro R2 has been tested on MotoGP and WSBK circuits all over the world, and it incorporates Alpinestars' patented Dynamic Friction Shield (DFS) protection, enhanced airflow venting, and aramidic strengthening.

Construction:

• Full grain cowhide and goatskin are incredibly flexible and durable. The palm is constructed of light and soft kangaroo leather.

    •  Leather reinforcements in the palm and on the hand's outer border for increased durability and abrasion resistance in high-impact areas.

  • Perforations on the palm, back of the hand, and finger walls for increased air flow.

Protection: 

  • Ergonomic cuff with a dual closure and an injected TPR logo that wraps around the wrist and raises the entire hand profile to protect the wrist and carpal bones from falls while also providing excellent flexibility.

 •  Alpinestars, a patented bridge between the fourth and fifth fingers, prevents finger separation and limits torsion in the event of a fall.

• Alpinestars Dynamic Friction Shield (DFS) on the knuckles, made of dual density polymer for increased impact protection.  Moulded air inlets for improved cooling and ventilation.

•  TPU sliders strategically placed on the palm and fingers for enhanced impact and abrasion resistance.

Key Features: 

  • The main clasp is Velcro, and the cuff is adjustable with Velcro. Velcro wrist strap to keep the glove from falling off

• Padded palm panel with strengthened little finger, thumb, and palm for improved comfort and impact absorption.

• Accordion leather stretch inserts on the fingers and thumb for added comfort and mobility.

• External seams on the fingers and palm enable for a better fit and feel.

• Stretch panel on the palm for increased comfort and mobility.

• Fingers are pre-curved to decrease fatigue.

•The upper section has TPR ventilation.
