We process orders from 10 A.M. until 6 P.M. Monday through Friday. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE SIZE/COLOR/ETC YOU NEED. WE CANNOT CHANGE ORDERS ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. All of our international orders ship via the ebay Global Shipping Program. All of our orders usually ship within three business days. Customers DO NOT need to email us for a tracking number. All transactions will have tracking numbers uploaded once the item ships.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of item receipt only if item is unused and in original packaging. We want your experience to be as perfect as possible. Therefore, as soon as your order arrives, please try it on and let us know as soon as possible if you need to return the item. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Buyer MUST provide us with a tracking number when the item is sent back. A 10% restocking fee per item will be charged. Do NOT return an item without contacting us first for return instructions and RA number.
EXCHANGES
Since we pay to ship domestic items, we do not pay to ship another item on an exchange, nor do we hold items for an exchange. To insure quick delivery when you want to return an item for an exchange, it is easiest to purchase the item you want so we can process it and ship it quickly. Once we get back the returned item, the refund will be processed.
