always try our best to ensure goods are in the best possible state and in
full working order. However, sometimes the unexpected does happen e.g. item
damaged by our courier.
We ask all our customers to contact us in such circumstances within 48 hours
and we will happily replace an item damaged in transit.
If you change your mind about an item, we will happily take it back and
offer a full refund as long as the item is returned to us in unused condition
and packaging has not been opened. The buyer must contact us within 14days
of delivery to arrange a refund.
No refunds will be given after
14 days. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage
cost in event of a return due to change of mind
