Funk Motorsport’s Funk Cool’s Silver Velcro Heat Sleeving allows both protection of vital lines and signal cables whilst at the same time keeping the engine bay or cabin tidy. This requirement will withstand direct heat of up to 250°C. Created using a malleable high temperature, heat reflective material, this shroud is designed to easily slip over cables and lines in situe without the need for any line or cable disconnecting.

Please note: Our heat sleeving is not designed to be in contact with, or in very close proximity to a heat source (such as an exhaust or a turbo). Whilst the lines inside will be far better protected compared to without a sleeve, the sleeving will fail much easier - this is due to the sleeving being used beyond its designed parameters. As a first line of defence, we recommend moving the line as far away as possible from the heat source, this is the best level of protection available. Then shielding this further with one of our heat sleeves.
