1. Payment

1.1 We accept the following methods of payment:

2. Delivery

2.1 Your item will be dispatched after confirmation of full payment.

2.2 If you are outside the UK mainland, or if you are at any of the locations listed below, then please contact us to obtain an estimate for additional postage costs otherwise your purchase could be cancelled:

• Scottish Islands;
• Ireland;
• Northern Ireland;
• The Highlands;
• The Channel Isles;
• Isle Of Man;
• Isle Of Wight; and
• post codes AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, IV, KW, PA21-PA38, PH4-PH41, PH49-PH50, KA, PA41-49, PA60-PA78 & PH42-PH44.

2.3 Next business day delivery does not apply if you are outside the UK mainland or if you are at any of the locations listed above.

2.4 We do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

2.5 If you take advantage of any offer of international delivery through Ebay's Global Shipping Programme, then all additional postage costs and required import duties and taxes will be payable by you.

2.6 Estimated delivery times provided by Ebay are a guide only and cannot be guaranteed as delays in delivery can happen for many reasons which are beyond our control, for example, inclement weather conditions, accidents or customs inspections.

2.7 If you are not available at the time of delivery then on each attempt to deliver, our parcel carrier may leave a card at your address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your item.

2.8 Risk passes to you on delivery. After delivery you are responsible for protecting the item against loss, damage or destruction.

2.9 Due to different courier operation requirements, it may not be possible to provide you with a tracking or consignment number for your item.

4. Collection In Person

4.1 You can collect the item in person from Grimsby, DN37 7LA. Our full address and contact information will be provided to you after we receive full payment for the item.

4.2 Any appointment to collect must be mutually agreed following confirmation of your full payment for the item.

4.3 You must collect the item within 5 working days of the item purchase date unless we have agreed, in writing to you, to extend this period.

5. Cancellation & Returns

5.1 Cancellation & Returns Policy For Delivered Items

5.1.1 Unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order.

5.1.2 You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in 'as new' condition and in their original packaging.

5.1.3 We will give you a refund once we have received and inspected the item.

5.1.4 Return postage is paid by you (we recommend that your item is insured against loss and damage before returning it).

5.3 Returns Policy For Lost/Damaged/Defective/Not As Described Items

5.3.1 If your goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them or not as described in the listing, we would be grateful if you could contact us within 2 days of receipt or expected delivery by clicking here.

5.3.2 After we receive contact from you, we will then advise you on how to proceed next.

5.3.3 If the item is found to be damaged or defective or not as described in the listing, we will give you a full refund and pay return delivery costs or refund original delivery costs to you within 2 working days after we have received the item.

5.3.4 If the item has been lost during delivery, we will give you a full refund once the courier/delivery agent has confirmed this to us.

6.1 At our discretion, orders will be fulfilled by us or an approved third party supplier.

6.2 Extended range items are delivered directly by our approved third party suppliers.

6.3 Items that are sent directly from approved third party suppliers may have the company's logos and/or dispatch information, which may also include our details, enclosed with the item or on its packaging.

6.4 By placing an order with us, you agree that your delivery information may be shared with an approved third party supplier to fulfil your order.

6.5 Any external website links provided by us that contain further information about an item on our listings are for information purposes only. These links are not monitored and endorsed by us and therefore we are not responsible for any of the content contained therein.

6.6 Images represent the item at the time of the listing. However, from time to time manufacturers may update their products without notice and it may take us up to 30 days to review and update our item images and/or description.
