In the September 2003 CrossFit Introduced the first benchmark workout – “The Girls”: “Angie, Barbara, Chelsea, Diane, Elizabeth, Fran, Grace, and Helen. These benchmark workout serve to measure and benchmark your performance and improvements though repeated, irregular, appearances in the “workout of the Day”.
The Heroes
These Hero WODs are some of the most intense workout that you could experience. They are intended to be performed with intense effort, in honour of our fallen Heroes. Don’t think of yourself. Instead think about the Hero that has given his all for our freedom.

Shipping Information

We promise to deliver between 3 - 5 working days, although we aim to deliver sooner where possible.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
