Handmade items are prone to certain physical discrepancies/imperfections due to their nature, during making crafting like border overlapping, round corners or pippin out of line etc, few inches more or less it’s a possible common occurrence and these cannot be classed as 'damaged' We can’t offer you a machine perfect finish. We aim to dispatch items that will fully satisfy our customer's needs. Please only purchase if you are satisifed with the disclosure we have provided, and are happy to follow our policies.


Refund And Returns


As mentioned above, all our products are QC checked and will have tags applied for assurance purposes. Any issues with items being returned, MUST be raised within the timescale mentioned within the listing.

In case of returning the goods, item should be returned:

  • Unused, undamaged and within its original packaging
  • With its original tags attached
Failure to comply with the above information, will mean you will be due only a partial refund, as the item will now be classified as 'used, misused and damaged'.

If you are unsatisified due to any reasons, you must contact us first within 48 hours of receiving your item for a suitable resolution as we offer free returns on the basis of:
  • A damaged item
  • A wrong item
If you see that your parcel has signs of damage/tampering, kindly refuse the delivery.

An item being raised as faulty must have appropriate and detailed pictures attached highlighting the issue, to resolve your query appropiately and quickly.

Please Note:

If you are returning goods due to a change of mind, or any personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying the postal charges. This will be deducted from your refund which you will receive (as a partial refund), once we have received the returned goods and inspected them.
