The tote measures 16" tall x 13 wide" and weight 6 ounces (light/medium weight). The transfer print that you select can be 15" tall x 12" wide or smaller. If you are purchasing a bag & a transfer design to be applied to it please check that the print you choose will work on the bag color you have selected. If the design prints on light colors only & you select a dark colored bag, either the design won't print at all or the fabric color will completely change the ink colors. A light colored dog on a bright red bag can result in a red dog.
