Payment Information:

We accept the following payment methods:

·  Bank transfer
·  cash on collection – by prior arrangement

Prompt payment appreciated, within 2 days of ordering/completed auction preferred.

All payments must be clear before we will despatch any goods.

Shipping (P&P) Policy:

Shipping price shown is UK only. Please get in touch to request a quotation for shipping abroad.

Your item/s will be packed carefully, and dispatched within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment. 

Items are generally posted out on the same day if payment is received before 3pm. 

We use Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For or Recorded Delivery, or an alternative reputable courier service for all shipments. No Tracking Number will be supplied for Standard Delivery (a Certificate of Postage will be obtained from the Post Office).

Shipping Insurance will be only be included - and be recharged – in accordance with the sale value of the item if requested.

Items can be collected from our premises during standard working hours by prior arrangement.

 

Guarantee:

We take all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the descriptions of goods.

All items are inspected prior to sale and dispatch. All items listed ‘New’ or ‘Refurbished’ will have been appropriately tested by a qualified technician and be working, unless otherwise specified.

Please check the compatibility of products before purchasing. (eg. CPU, operating system) If you are unsure please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted for refund providing any issues are raised within 7 days of delivery.

If your item is faulty (but not detailed in listing), is not as described, or we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days, and return it to us within 14 days and we will provide a replacement or full refund (including P&P).

If you are unhappy with any item you purchased from us, and we consent to its return, please do so in its original packaging within 14 days. Goods must be returned postage paid. P&P will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made by the same method as the payment received. 

**Important**

eBay Feedback (ie. Negative and Neutral feedback) is irreversible:

* If you have a reasonable problem with the item we will be happy to refund or replace it (unless specified otherwise in the item's sale Terms & Conditions). 

* When you email us we always endeavour to respond within 48 hours (weekdays).

** Please note that should you fail to email us and/or give us reasonable time (48 hours weekdays) to respond, but leave a Negative feedback score nonetheless, you will not be entitled to receive any support from us.

* We will only complete the Buyer Feedback once you have completed the Seller Feedback ratings.

We are very sorry to have to strictly apply this rule, but the irreversible Feedback policy applied by eBay can have a serious effect on a seller’s reputation & business.
