We are an independent Shoe Store in the heart of Whitby North Yorkshire. Not only do we sell footwear in store and online but we also repair and restore in our onsite workshop, there is nothing we don't know about footwear.
We are a highstreet store who only deal with official suppliers, We do not sell fakes or seconds.
Some brands due to contractual agreements we are not allowed to list on Ebay, please check our website whitbycobbler.com for brands such as Barker, Trickers, Loake and Cheaneys.

We dispatch parcels twice a day, Every item we send is tracked so we can keep you up to date with the estimated time of arrival. We accept all returns within 14 days if you decide they're not right for you. We do exchanges, size exchanges and refunds. We are a highsteet retailer and only deal with the official suppliers. We have an outstanding reputation in the area and online. We reply to every message or email.
Delivery
We dispatch items two times per day Mon-Sat. Once at 11am and once at 4pm.
All our UK orders under 2kg are FREE complimentary delivery (2-3 working days).
