Delivery

We dispatch all items purchased before 2pm on same day (Mon-Fri, excl bank holidays) and offer a range of shipping options. To confirm delivery options available selct the 'postage and payments' tab at the top of the listing.

Next Day Courier Delivery Exceptions
We can only provide delivery via next day courier to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Items ordered to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Remote Regions and Offshore UK will be sent on a slower 3-5 day delivery service.

Payment

We require PayPal (or Debit/Credit Card via Paypal) for all purchases via eBay. All our prices include VAT at 20% and a full VAT invoice will be included with your order and provided via email once your item is dispatched.

Return Policy

We operate a 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your item please open a return request via your eBay account within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to arrange for a return and refund. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or because of an error on our behalf.
