Important Message:	PLEASE NOTE: LED Strips / Backlights can work in many Brands and Models. Please make sure your Panel number from above matches one that is listed and also that your part number matches. Ordering a LED strip because it looks right will not ensure that it works. We test all LED Strips before sending them out.

We are selling parts from TV's that had physically broken screens / panels. Damage usually occurs during shipping, or by a customer. We in turn purchase these TV's by the truckload, test them to make sure they work, and take them out. After listing our parts, they are kept in anti-static bags with labels to help prevent damage.

Our parts from 2014 / 2015 model TV's are mainly from brand new LED TV's that have had little to no use. Any parts we get from 2015 and beyond will also be from mainly brand new TV's as well. We list these parts as used because we don't know the exact history of the Television set itself. They could have been used for a week to a month, or never at all. A used part does NOT mean it will not work great for you for years to come!

We do also acquire older model TV's that have seen extensive use. These parts are also covered by our DOA guarantee. We test them before listing them to ensure they work correctly.

Shipments:

Shipping is ALWAYS free unless otherwise noted.

We ship Monday through Friday. If your order is paid before 2. P.M ET, then it will go out the same day. If not then it will go out the next business day.

We take major Holidays off, so no shipping will be done until after the Holiday and the carrier systems are up and running.

We generally ship USPS - First Class & Priority Mail. If an item is large then we will ship it USPS Parcel, Fed-ex Ground, or Fed-ex Smart post.

Expedited shipping is available at your own cost. Please e-mail to confirm we can do it that day, and we'll send you an invoice for the extra charges. The invoice needs to be paid by 2 P.M. ET or else it will not go out the same day.

Returns:

Do not return an item to us if you have not first contacted us. If you return an item without contacting us first then we will have no idea who it came from and your refund or replacement will be delayed.

All of our items have a special marking on the board. If a return does not have this marking then a refund will not be issued until the correct board has been returned. You will also need to pay shipping to get your original item back.

Returns on TV Parts that were purchased incorrectly are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item being returned is not packaged safely and damaged then no refund will be issued.

Items that arrive DOA will have a replacement sent out. If no replacement is available then a refund will be issued.

If an item is over $100 and claimed to not be working, then that original item will have to be sent back to us and verified by our certified technician that it indeed does not work.
