We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances may need to return an item to us.
With this in mind we have done our best to make returning a product as easy and convenient as possible.
Below are our policies with respect to returns as well as instructions on how to return an item.
Non defective items - Products may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by Qld Air Cleaner Services within 14 days of shipment, AND they are returned in mint condition in their unopened, original packaging, and are returned in perfect condition.
For exchanges, Return postage to be paid by buyer and either a prepaid postage bag to be included for new item to be sent or postage payment will be invoiced to customer to be paid by direct deposit or Paypal.
Defective items - In general, products of any kind may be returned for replacement or refund if they are received back by Qld Air Cleaner Services within 30 days of shipment.
