Methane CNG/Propane LPG Gas Conversion Kits F/5-8KW Petrol Gasoline Generators
With this conversion kits installed (replaced your orginal generator carb), your gasoline generator will be able to use LPG propane or CNG methane gas or gasonline still, without any influence on your generator's original gasoline system (you can still use gasoline). This kits is for low pressure gas only, like home used propane gas etc.
The conversion kits consists of a Zero pressure regulator and a gas carburetor. Zero pressure regulator reduce the propane gas or nature gas from high to low and make gas pressure stable before going to gas carburetor then to engine; When generator stop working, the zero pressure regulator shut off gas supply also, so it's safe, you no need to worry that gas still going to engine after generator power off.
After converted, generator power do not change. When working on propane or methane gas, power depends on generator quality and the gas quality.

How to convert KW to Kva?
Notes: When starting from propane or methane gas, make sure no petrol left in the carburetor, or generator will not work right.
User Instruction:
New system is without engine oil, please feed 0.9L before using.
(The below instruction translated from Chinese may be confusing, don't worry about it, just take propane(or methane) gas as an alternative fuel, when you used propane (or methane) gas, it is similar to using gasoline, just note, make sure no gasoline in the carburetor when starting using propane (methane) gas; and make sure no propane (methane) gas left in the carburetor while using gasoline, it is simple!)
Ways to start generator:
- Start from propane gas:
1. Close petrol switch (Make sure no petrol left in the carburetor)
2. Open propane gas switch.
3. Shut off choke valve switch, pull 3 to 4 times, the choke valve open to middle then open in full; when engine be hot, it will open and start directly.
4. Turn on power switch
5. Pull starter rope 4-5times(Choke valve shut off or open to middle)/(key) generator start
6. After started, open choke valve switch on the carburetor mixer device
7. Generator start normally
Generator shut off steps: First shut off propane gas tank switch, then shut off generator switch.
- Start from petrol:
1. Shut off propane gas
2. Open petrol
3. Shut off choke valve switch on petrol carburetor
4. Turn on power switch
5. Pull starter rope several times, generator start
6. After started, open choke valve switch on the carburetor mixer device
7. Generator start normally
Warning:
1. Do not use indoor, if had to, make sure ventilation be good
2. Do not use when inlet gas pressure too high or too low, working pressure should be within 2.8 to 4.8
3. Do not sure when there be gas leakage from gas tank outlet connection port or pipe gas connection
4. Do not place the gas tank upside down, to prevent gas impurity getting into gas system
