Gates G-Force belts are warranteed to the original purchaser from defects in materials and workmanship for one year for snowmobile belts and two years for ATV/UTV belts from the date of purchase under normal use. This warranty shall be automatically null and void if the belt is used under abnormal conditions including but not exclusive to racing or any competitive event, case of improper installation, alignment, application clutch case sealing, towing or poor clutch condition. If you would like to return your new, unopened, and uninstalled part:

5. Select a reason. The most common reason is "Doesn't Fit"
6. Add details like "I tried to install this part and it didn't fit"

Returned parts will be inspected, and a refund given within 5 business days if the part is new, unopened, and uninstalled. Original shipping costs and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
