All services used are via Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 24 except for purchasing large items which will then be via ParcelForce.
Tuesday to Friday - Items placed by 3pm will be dispatched same day.
Friday to Monday – Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on a Tuesday.
Please note that if Parcelforce is used they are not collecting from us same day due to volume and Covid restrictions. Therefore order will be dispatched the following day.
Unwanted Order – Changed Your Mind
Go through eBay's cancellation process. If cancelling after we have dispatched then the return postage cost is bourne by the customer. A refund will be issued once the item(s) have been received back.
Order Not Received
Please message us tand we will investigate and check with Royal Mail where your order is and will advise accordingly.
Faulty Goods
Even though all of our goods are brand new on occasions they may be faulty on arrival or produce a fault. If your item is faulty please contact us where we can discuss further all options.
