New old stock.  Amerock "The Bonaventure Collection" Regency White, quadruple switch plate cover.  Comes in box with screws.  Good, clean condition with very slight surface wear and oxidation from storage.  Boxes are worn.  I have five of these plates and the boxes may differ, but the actual plates are the same.
