We accept PayPal only. Payment must be received within 7 Days from the date of purchase.

Will usually dispatch within same working day if paid before 14:00 BST (excludes weekends and holidays). Expected dispatch time may vary and is based on seller's order cut-off time.

RETURN POLICY     

Returning the goods              

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.  Please contact us before returning any items telling the reason of return. When returning goods, it will speed up the process if you include your name/address, and where possible, your order number.  The product must be in new condition.Any items returned should not have been used or worn, be with their original packaging and with attached tags.Please make sure the goods are packed securely and are protected from damage during delivery time.Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as the Company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.     

Exchanges (if applicable)     

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us message informing about that and send your item to:

Please note we are unable to accept any returns on earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.
                         

Refunds (if applicable)                 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)  any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  Return postage is refunded to the customer only in that case when the received item was faulty by the companies error.
                                     

Transport Damage           

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
                                            

Unclaimed Packages                     

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Jewellery4u reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
