CORE REBATE OFFER

Cores must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.

We will rebate up to 10% of the purchase price depending on the condition of your core.

A return shipping label will be provided upon request.

WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY

All of new turbochargers come with 1 year warranty. Our warranty covers us sending a replacement part and getting the defective or damaged part back. The warranty does not cover anything else.

As an extra option we do offer advance warranty replacement parts to satisfy your urgent needs, but we shall charge a deposit to ensure we get our part back, but this is much better than you waiting to send your part to us for a replacement.

We request that you understand your warranty before making a purchase. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. If you believe you have a defective or wrong part, please contact us via phone or email.

It is our policy to replace or repair defective or wrong parts. Returning uninstalled wrong parts will be treated as a standard return and subject to a restocking fee, no exceptions. Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If we paid to ship a part to you, and you return it to us, the amount we paid to ship that part will be deducted from the refund. Standard returns can be processed within 30 days of purchase.

Returning any installed parts will result in no refund, no exceptions. We will arrange to get you a replacement part if the part fails after installation or, if by mistake the wrong part is sent. Please contact us for further info on our warranties.

Domestic Shipping:

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS, as our domestic shipment. We will update tracking number through eBay system. Please check your purchase history for this information.

International Shipping:

International shipment is shipped via UPS and USPS. Transit time does fluctuate.

International customers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or other additional fees associated with the delivery.
