PAYMENTS:
My preferred method of
payment is PayPal. Cleared payment is required before any order can be
commenced.
SHIPPING:
All orders received are
dispatched within 24hours, on all business working days. However, in some busy
times like Christmas period we need more 2-4 working days to dispatch
your order
Royal Mail is our
standard courier. Orders sent with second class post have an approximate
delivery time of between 3 and 5 days. As with all
standard mail unfortunately delays can occur. If in the rare
case, you feel as though you have been waiting a while for your order to arrive
please contact our customer service team where they can direct you from there.
Currently we only
ship within the UK.
In some cases, we use
another delivery courier depend on the weight and the size of the item
Also please aware
that we might need to remove the item from the original package to reduce the
cost of the postage however this will not effect on the item quality
at all

COLOUR VARIATIONS.
Please note that
colures can vary from screen to print, if differences do occur
they’re generally very slight. Our computer is collaborated to that
of our printer's therefore color and brightness settings on your
computer can make the proof look different to that which is printed. We will
not be held responsible for any differences in colures nor will we
refund/compensate you should a color difference occur.

We work Monday to Friday
from 9am:5pm please if you send any question about your order or about any
other inquiry please be patient we aim to replay all our message in less than 24
hours in our working ours
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer 14-day money back guarantee for all goods
shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please
send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its
original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs
for the return.
For items which are faulty or wrong item received, please notify
us within 14 days by e-mail through eBay only. We will send you pre-paid
return envelope so you can return it back to us. Upon receiving we will either
re-send you your purchase item or give you a full refund.
When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the
reason for return and your eBay order ID and telephone number to
ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling
Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 14 working days

FAQ:
Q: What happens
if I have received an item but I have changed my mind or it is just not
suitable?
A: You are welcome to
return any item to us if you are not satisfied with it. Please include your
eBay username, along with your order details and the reason for the return. We
will refund you the amount you paid for the item and the initial postage
paid, however you will have to cover the costs of the return postage.
Q: Do I have to
pay for the returns postage for an item which I have received which
is incorrect / faulty?
A: Firstly,
we apologies if you are in the rare situation where you have received
either the incorrect or faulty item, we will of course resolve this
in a quick manner. Please contact us through the eBay messaging service where
our customer service team will be happy to help. We will happily send a
FREE RETURNS LABEL to get the item back and send a replacement out to you.
I am afraid we can't reimburse you with the returns postage costs.
Q: How do I know
when my order will arrive?
A: Before contacting we
please check your confirmation email for details on dispatch.
All items should arrive
within approximately 5 days of being dispatched. However, this is only an
estimate (unless paid extra for express service) and items can take longer to
arrive if Royal Mail incurs delays, we recommend that you wait 10 working days
until you contact us regarding this.
Q: What do I do
if my order hasn't arrived?
A: If your order has not
arrived within the approximate delivery date, please check at your local sorting
office. We find that a high amount of undelivered order go here, even though it
is Royal Mails procedure to leave calling cards this isn't always the case.
