It was in the year 1985 that Yoshikin company in Japan revolutionised the modern knife with Global knives. The edge of the knife is the most important feature and it’s still produced in signature style. Instead of a typical beveled edge, the knives had a milled edge that made it dramatically sharper and easier to maintain for a longer time. Global Knives are a combination of the iconic dotted grip and a bolsterless blade that helps in sharpening. • Pickup Available

  Anyone local to the North East of Victoria is welcome to pick up or inspect items at our retail shop. This is located at shop 2 / 159 Vincent Rd Wangaratta. Opening hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday & 8.00am-1.00pm on Saturdays.

• Australia Wide Postage

  All items are posted within 1 day of the purchase date except for weekends & public holidays. Unless otherwise specified all items are sent via registered post to ensure a hassle free transaction. You will receive your tracking number via a confirmation email once the order has been posted. All items have our return address on them in case delivery is not possible and our courier chooses to "return to sender". Combined shipping rates are most welcome! In most cases we can send multiple of the same or different items in the same package and save you money, simply call or email us with the list of items you would like to purchase and we will give you a postage quote.

  A refund or replacement will be offered if the item is faulty or does not work as described. Refunds will not be issued on a change of mind basis, if the item is returned in a suitable condition to re-sell then an exchange may be considered.
