SHIPPING:

Most items will be shipped through USPS first class, Priority mail or Fedex ground.  Local pick up is also welcome. We ship to USA domestic only.

We handle all our packages well; wrap items to prevent any damage during shipping. Your Items usually gets dropped at post office same or next business day when payment is clear.

RETURN POLICY:

We offer 30 days return. If we made anything wrong like the color, or some parts are missing, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. 

1. Defective product when arrival

For other reasons you are not satisfied with our products, we will be happy to let you return or exchange other items, as long as:

1. All return items must be in the original boxes with all accessories included. Item must be in original state. All new items for return must be new , unused and not even tried on. 

2. Buyer should cover the return shipping, packaging and handling charge. If the item is damaged in the return shipping process,  the reduction fee would be taken from the refund.

3. Buyer should cover original shipping even it’s free shipping item. Refund amount would be the full amount you paid minus actually shipping and fees of this transaction.
