We will refund the item cost and postage, upon receiving the returned goods back. We further advise customers to ask for a proof of postage when posting at the post office.

1. Express Delivery will not be refunded unless we are deemed to be responsible for the return.

2. Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused condition and with all associated retail packaging.

3. Our aim is to process all returns within 48 hours or receiving the goods back.

Exchanges: Please contact and inform us of the return for exchange. We can then allocate the stock for immediate dispatch upon receiving the return.
