Engraving Information

Text - Max of 30 characters per side - (See images for fonts you can have)

Photo - For best results, one person per side. You can allow for two people, as per the above images, if the two people are very close together. We will zoom into any image sent to engrave the portrait of the person(s). Please let us know when ordering if this is not what you would like.


How to send your photo/text

You can send the image by searching google for 'moopooh order form' and finding the order form on our trulycharming.co.uk website. This is by far the quickest and easiest way of submitting your details. If you have any problems you can message us on eBay and we will get back to you between 9am and 5pm, Mon - Fri.


For best results the person in the image should be clear and in good contrast with the back ground. For example not a baby in white clothes on a white back ground. Photo's of existing paper photographs do not usually result in the best images. Ideally existing paper photographs should be scanned. We will do our best with any images sent to us. If you are not sure if the image is suitable for the best effect, please contact us.

Please see the images for the engraving effect. Photo's are viewed by reflecting something dark onto the charm - as per above images. If viewed against a light coloured item, the engraving appears similar to a negative photo. It produces a holographic effect which makes the photo look different depending on the light. The charm supplied is silver in colour and the resulting engraving does NOT look like a black and white photo (it does not have a black background unless reflected on something dark).

Are these bracelets from a high street brand ?
These are Truly Charming branded items and are compatible with most other high street branded charms and charm bracelets.

 
Postage Info
We do our very best to ship all items out the next working day after payment has been received.

Please ensure that all address details on your ebay account are correct (specifically house number & post/zip code), as these details are used to ship your goods. We cannot accept responsibility or compensate for non-delivery where an inaccurate or incomplete address has been provided.

In the interests of fraud prevention, we will only ship to the address listed on your eBay account, without exception.

UK DELIVERIES

All items are sent out free of charge via second class Royal Mail post. Please leave 3 -5 working days for delivery.

You can also request 1st Class or Special Delivery (next working day) at an additional cost.

We cannot guarantee Monday Special Deliveries for orders made after noon on the Friday before. Orders must be placed by noon to guarantee next day delivery. If you would like a special delivery for a Saturday, please contact us for a price.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Packages outside the EU (worldwide) may take up to 28 working days for delivery so please be patient, it is in the hands of the postal service. As we ship everything promptly after payment, we must therefore rely on the postal service of your region to do their jobs and deliver your package quickly! If your item/s do not arrive for any reason within this time frame, please contact us immediately.

International packages for lower value items are NOT sent by recorded mail and therefore we DO NOT provide a tracking number. If you wish to have your package sent by international recorded mail we will gladly do so, but please note there will be an extra fee for this service ~ please contact us for costs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs/tax/handling charges.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS INCLUDING CHRISTMAS

Please bear with us during busy periods and make allowances for delays within Royal Mail, especially at Christmas. If items are not received within 7 working days (2nd class) or 5 working days (1st class) we will happily send out a replacement. If you require a guaranteed delivery time, please select Special Delivery.

In the event of replacements being sent and the original order being received, we would appreciate it if you could return the duplicate package.

Returns Policy
Items may be returned within 7 working days  after receipt with the exception of personalised items such as engraved products which cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item and/or differs significantly from the eBay description. Please return to the address at the bottom of this page or contact us for more information. Postage & packaging costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Buyer must bear the cost of return carriage in the event of any returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition including any free items included in the transaction.

If you are unhappy with your items in any way we offer a no quibble 7 days refund or replacement service, unfortunately this service is not applicable with personalised/engraved items.

In the event you do not receive your item we will happily send out a replacement. Please see the below time scales for requesting a replacement for non delivered items.
