This is a PRE-SALE Item some hot selling item ships from our UK office but most of the items will be shipped direct from our overseas factory with reliable courier services. 
such as (DHL, Skynet, Fedex, TNT etc..)

Return / Exchange Policy :
  1. Buyers are responsible to pay for the replacement shipping charges unless they were sent a faulty or Not as described item.
  2. Refunds due to did not like the item, change my mind etc or wrong size selection, actual shipping amount will be deducted from the refund, this will be done even if the shipping was set to FREE for the listings because apparently we pay for that from our profit and we cannot be held responsible for above mentioned reasons by the buyer.
  3. Return should be send in the proper packaging and tags.
