Store Policy:

I receive these items as is.  At the same time, rest assured that they are brand new and unused unless otherwise stated.  These items are shelf pulls or extra stock liquidation from major retailer and department stores.  They might have the price tags, tape or marks on packages.  Packaging may show some signs of wear and handling.

I will not be held monetarily responsible or liable for any manufacturer defects or miss use of any products.  Please follow manufacturer’s directions exactly as printed on the products.

Photo Quality Description:

The photos are a mix of stock photos and actual photos that I take.  The photo color might differ slightly from the actual shade you receive but it the correct color name. This is caused by the camera and/or the available lighting. Each computer monitor shows different variations of colors & shades. I attempt to duplicate the actual shade of the item as closely as possible by matching the listing photo with the actual product to the best of my ability.

Shipping Policy:

Items will be shipped within one business day of payment.  I do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.  I will not be held monetarily responsible or liable for any delivery problems or damages due to the shipping carriers. Insurance claims will be filed on all insured damaged items.

Return Policy:

If a return is requested the item must be returned unused, unopened and in exact condition as sent to you - whichever applies to the items original condition. You may return items for a refund within 30 days of the transaction date. I do charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.  Buyer responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact me if there are any problems before leaving negative feedback and I will try to resolve the issue to the best of my ability.  I strive for great customer service, quality packaging and stand behind my products.  I will leave feedback as soon as I can and usually do so within 10 days of shipping.
