Protect your home or business from poor-quality, polluted air with the Castellex Air 310 air filtration system. Designed to provide up to 100 m3/h of clean air to a room or pressurized space holding up to 16 people, the system operates a three-stage filtering process at 99.99% efficiency guaranteeing the highest possible HEPA rating. The carbon filter is impregnated with a special treatment that is capable of removing highly-dangerous particles from the atmosphere including sarin, acidic gas, radioactive iodine, and much more.

Noise level is kept to a respectable, up to 73 dB. The system operates at 80 W with the supplied 110/240 V AC power cord. A manual backup power system is activated in the event of mains failure, and the nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) unit also operates a failsafe mode. If the main system fails, a secondary ventilator continues to pump filtered air.

The Castellex Air 310 NBC system positively pressurizes the air in your home, panic room, bomb shelter, or enclosed space to prevent pollutants from entering via external air flow. The slightly increased local pressure effectively seals the room against lower pressure air that can bring in pollutants through cracks or small holes. And the triple-filtering system traps particles down to 0.3 microns (micrometers), holding them in a hermetically-sealed filter until such time as it can be safely disposed of.

This NBC filter ventilation system is also capable of supporting optional blast protection, rated at a high 123 psi.

Install your Castellex Air 310 NBC system in domestic or commercial premises to protect your family and/or employees from heavy-duty pollution or NBC attack. This NBC air filter is also suitable for installation in mobile locations, for example a yacht, private car, or heavy goods vehicle working in a heavily-polluted area. All known warfare gases are effectively cleaned by the system as well as biological agents, radioactive elements, and volatile organic compounds.

Included are three filters - pre filter, HEPA, and carbon—plus NBC pipe, a power cord, and a main unit. Additional filters may be purchased. Optional extras include blast valves, overpressure valves, pressure indicators, O2 indicators, and additional NBC piping.
