- Before installation, please check that all parts are included and are not damaged. Once fitted, Bosscoauto are not responsible for damages incurred after installation.
Warranty/Returns
- We do not do partial refunds, if you wish to file a return please use the eBay returns process.
- Third-party items are non-refundable.
- Original shipping even for free shipping items will not be refunded. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost as the original shipping cost is not refundable.
- All our products come with 12 months warranty, so rest assured you're in good hands if the item is faulty or doesn't work as intended. Please contact us in order to resolve any issues and our resolution team will be more than happy to assist you.
- Please note that it is company policy that Bosscoauto be contacted and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) be created. All items must be sent to our warehouse at 1/12 Bernera Road, Prestons, NSW 2170. Shipping and installation costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping.
- Once the item has arrived, our resolution team will assess the situation to determine if a replacement is required to be sent out. For all 'change of mind' returns, there will be a 10% restocking fee for the amount refunded.
