Our Free delivery service for postage in the UK and Northern Ireland is Royal Mail Tracked 2-3 day service or occasionally we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service instead. (Unless items values are below £10.00 then standard 2nd class postage is used)
A low price of £3.50 to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed before 1pm
We also offer a next day courier service for an upgrade of £8.00
All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped same day, after that the shipment will be made the following working day.
Orders placed before 2pm on Friday 90% of the time will still arrive on Saturday if Royal Mail Special Delivery is selected at checkout although this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Online tracking is available, the tracking number is emailed directly and also uploaded to ebay for you to check. If you didn't get this or can't see it just email us for the tracking number
Signatures or authorised scan are requested so we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
International orders are shipped with full tracking by Royal Mail International Tracked Service requiring signature or acceptance scan on delivery, and at a flat cost of £8.00 for any worldwide destination.
An international courier service with 2-3 day delivery with DHL is available for an extra cost, please contact us for a quote.

Returns

Our products have been checked and packaged in good condition.
If the item you have received is defective, please contact us through eBay message system within 7 days. 
We will exchange or return the full payment to you quickly after identify the defect.
