Annette Funicello graced our black and white televisions with her bouncy smile and classic looks.  Pin up girls have graced the sides of our war bombers and inspired movies, songs and trends.  Inspired by all of these together, I introduce "Annette" with her class beach blanket bingo accessories like an inflatable innertube, a folding beach chair, a straw beach mat, her ukelele, coconut drink, beach bag and beach basket.  I hope you will invite her to rock and roll into your home.

A brand new Hujoo Berry has received a professionally faceup by AttilaTilly Aesthetics and I complimented with detailing such as toenail and fingernail paints. 

Annette also has glazed temporary tattoos (they will stay put unless you scratch them or rub them heavily) on her calf ( a rose), her back (a heart) and her arm (an anchor).  I also include a small collection of temporary tattoos for you!

Her gorgeous long, wavy black wig is Monique.  I also include a collection of hair accessories (bows and a headband), and her wig will come carefully packed in the original net and box.  I also include a little brush, but I recommend only using it gently for flyaway strands.  I finger-comb her hair to make sure we don't frizz out any of her beautiful curls and waves. 

Annette's beautiful eyes are 20mm special-ordered bulb eyes which have been set into her head only with putty, so she is recustomizable whenever you wish.  Nothing has been glued.  They are a beautiful blue.

Her outfit is a brand new but rare and hard to find (I scoured the pages for this outfit just for this girl) 2006 Barbie Hula Honey three piece bathing suit (retro bikini top and bikini bottoms and sarong).  Also from the 2006 Hula Honey collection, the brand new ukulele (guitar) and coconut drink.

I have also included some extras to set the scene, like a wooden folding beach chair, hula skirt, retro-look Virginia beach bag, and the Kate Spade Barbie picnic purse.  It is also new and from my special collection.  I had to send it because it fit the scene so well.  I also include the beach mat.

The inflatable and other items will be tucked in your box, along with a special Adirondack beach chair.  She will come packed with care with a face-up protector.  She is packed without clothes (they are included) to ensure that her red outfit does not stain her body.  I am not aware that staining is a problem with this Mattel outfit, but it is a precaution.  I dressed her without  having to remove her head.  Simply put the halter dress up to her waist and then put through one arm (like a messenger bag) and pull up to shoulder, then bend other arm and put it through.  Just like we would put on a halter if we did it from the ground-up instead of over our head.  In any case, I do this precaution with any red, burgundy, black or denim clothing because I do not know what temperatures Annette will need to travel through on her way to you!

Annette does not come with a stand.  She can stand on her own feet with trial and error and patience, but I have her leaning against a dowel tucked in her wig, which I will also enclose. 

The beach backdrop is not included.

We do not fix repaints, paint, implied flaws, chalk, pencil, eyelashes, accessories, wigs, reroots, pulled out hair plugs, etc.  This is not intended as a child's toy but an adult collectible.  It will be packaged and shipped with care.  Unpackaging with caution is your responsibility and displaying her with care.
