Antique French Hand Carved Walnut Wood Wall Shelf - Acanthus leaves, grapes

Here is a very beautiful wall shelf in solid walnut, hand carved, 
with a beautiful work of sculpture in relief.
Leaves of acanthus and grapes are the decors of this pretty piece 
of carved wood coming from a bourgeois house in the east of France in champagne region,
and dating from the 19th century. The top part of the shelf was subsequently reported
It is very heavy and massive with good general condition.

It is in very good antique condition-straight and solid with the usual amount of nicks and scratches from their many years of gentle use.
