Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 

Delivery

Items are dispatched within the time frame as indicated on the sale.

All items will require a signature for delivery, and will only be delivered to the address as specified on the payment as per Ebay terms and conditions.

Failed attempts of delivery will result in items being returned to us, which will be chargeable and passed on to the buyer.

 

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned to us in a fully resalable condition with all packaging, etc exactly as supplied to you.

 

Returns should be made within 14 days and supplied back to us in the original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned us in the supplied condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item(s).

 

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products.

 

Please note we do not refund delivery charges under any circumstances.

 

Kindly ensure you provide a copy of your original invoice when carrying out a return.

 

Stock

Unfortunately on occasion items do run out of stock. We will contact you should there be any issue with your purchase.

Prices are variable and can be modified at any time without prior consent or notification.

 

Fitting

We would always recommend using either our services (where possible) for installation at our facilities in Watford, Herts UK. Please do contact us for installation charges.

Alternatively a good local garage or specialist. 

We do not accept any responsibility for items damaged due to installation carried out by a buyer or 3rd party.
