Unless otherwise specified, 525 exact OEM ratio will be sent as follows;

15 tooth Front & 40 tooth Rear Sprocket

(c45 high carbon steel, scm415 chromoly steel alloy )

the new Pro Street VX 525 x 108 Gold X-Ring drive chain. ( Exact fit OEM sizes and gear ratio, or specify Custom sizes ) ,

Note: OEM ZX6r/ZX6rr comes with weaker 520 size chain and sprockets. This kit is an upgrade

to the same 525 size that already comes stock on GSXR600/750, R6 and CBR600rr.

This 525 kit will last much longer than all 520 size kits, especially with this premium DID chain.

Chain & sprockets are sent OEM size with Gold DID chain with a RIVET type master link.

Please specify in "MESSAGE TO SELLER" at checkout if optional gearing is desired.

2003-2004 ZX6R/ZX6RR OEM size is 520x108 o-ring chain, 15t Ft. Sprocket, 40t Rear Sprocket

For QUICKER gear ratio (off the line, roll on's, wheelies), use a 43t rear sprocket.

This quick ratio will be much quicker, but slower top speed with higher freeway cruising rpm's.

For SLIGHTLY FASTER top speed and Slightly LOWER FREEWAY RPM's, use the 39t rear sprocket

* A 1 tooth change in the front is equivalent to a 3 tooth change in the rear.. but opposite effects.

EXAMPLE: (-1 tooth front = +3 teeth rear) or (+1 tooth front = -3 teeth rear)

EXAMPLE: (-1 tooth front and +1 tooth rear combined is the same as +4 rear only without changing the front)

Stock gearing is the factory calculated "happy medium" of both low end acceleration and top end speed.

JT Ft. Sprocket also available in 525 x 15 teeth only

JT Rr. Sprocket also available in 525 x 39, 40, 41, 42, and 43 teeth (525 size JT rear sprockets are Silver)

520 Conversion available (call) ( only JT 520 size Rear is Black)

All chain and sprocket kits also available in RK 525xsoz1 in Silver or Gold (less $, still Japan mfg quality)

All chains include RIVET type master link.
