Just had to contact you again to say how pleased I am with the Noco gb70 I ordered from yourselves.
The unit arrived yesterday (well ahead of of schedule) and I got to try it out today.
Not quite believing all the hype, I disconnected the battery from my Jaguar and hooked up the jump starter.
The engine started five times from cold without hesitation, cranking over so powerfully I didn't even bother to continue as the charge level hadn't moved off 100%.
The emergency light, USB and 12v ports are also a useful bonus.

Like I said, I didn't quite believe the hype, but Noco is a reputable and long established brand in North America, so I decided to take a chance.
Car batteries are much better than they were back in the day, but when they do let you down it's always at the worst possible time and there's never anyone around to get a jump start!
I work an evening shift and I'm usually the last driver to leave site (the security guy doesn't have a car) so a flat battery would be a real hassle. This jump starter will bring that extra peace of mind.
It's also so safe to use, I would feel confident in lending it to my wife or daughters.
I would wholeheartedly recommended this product and your company.

Hi Roger! The best explanation is how we chose to rate our chargers. We rate our jump starters in Joules because it demonstrates power(W) given over time(sec), as vehicles require 1-3 seconds to start. (Our rating of joules3S is joules delivered over 3 seconds.) With Amps, you still need voltage and time to calculate joules. Cold cranking without time and voltage isn't a useful calculation in this case. A lot of other jumpers use a peak amp rating which only lasts a split second and doesn't actually show starting power.
