Daniel Swarovski was the son of a glass cutter in Bohemia, where he became skilled in the art of class-cutting. In 1892, he invented and patented a revolutionary electric cutting machine, using hydro-electricity, that was used in the production of crystal glass. This allowed crystals to be cut more precisely than by hand. Swarovski is now a fifth generation family-owned business with over 25,000 employees. Swarovski has two major businesses: 1) producing and selling loose elements to the industry, and 2) creating precision-cut crystals for jewelry, figurines, and home decor. In 1956, Swarovski developed the ?Aurora Borealis? effect, which gives a shimmering rainbow sparkle to the crystals. In 1995, Swarovski opened a museum in Austria showcasing the extensive Swarovski collection. Swarovski created the 9? diameter, 550 pound star that sits on top of the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree in New York City every year since 2004.

Shipping may be offered on special promotions or sales and will be sent via USPS , FedEx or UPS, depending on the
destination, size, and weight of the shipment. Items usually ship
in 1 full business day after order placement and average delivery
times are 3-8 business days. Orders are shipped on business days
only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays
within the United States. Upon shipment of your order, you will be
emailed a shipment confirmation with a USPS. FedEx or UPS tracking
number. We offer FREE Shipping within the 48 contiguous United
States only on special promotion or sales.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and sometimes
PO Boxes may require additional charges for shipping, and will be
determined on an Individual basis.
International Buyers
will use The Global Shipping Program
USAunique may have free shipping on special promotions to the Global Shipping Facility, located in
Erlanger, Kentucky. Costs from the Global Shipping Center to your
location, which include Import duties, VAT, taxes, and other
charges will be the Buyer's responsibility and will be handled by
International shipping experts, who will manage the international
shipping and customs process and send the item to your
location.
The Global Shipping Facility removes all the
uncertainty of shipping internationally and makes this once
difficult task much easier for both the Buyer and the Seller. Please

Payment Policy
Immediate
Payment is required upon selecting ?Buy It Now? or
upon checking out through the eBay cart. We only accept PayPal
payments, however, PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit
card or direct transfer from your bank using your checking
account.
Return Policy
We hope that
you are fully satisfied with your purchase, however, if you are
not satisfied for any reason, you may return new, unopened items,
in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of
delivery for a refund. Even though we offer Free shipping, the
cost for shipping the item to you was included in the original
purchase price and it will not be refunded. Your refund will be
the original purchase price, minus the actual cost of shipping the
item to you. If the item has been opened, we will not be able to
process the return. You must also agree with eBay's request for
mutual cancellation of the transaction to avoid an unpaid strike
due to the refund. All returns must be authorized by us before
items are shipped back.
We
take great care to safely pack and ship all packages, but
sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process.
Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us via
email within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate the claim
with the assistance of the shipping company. If the damage is the
result of a shipping error, we will refund the full cost of the
merchandise and shipping charges after receipt of the damaged item
and verification of the claim.

Canceling An Order
If
you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after
purchase. Orders can be canceled and refunded prior to packing and
shipping. However, order cancellations received after shipment has
occurred cannot be canceled or refunded. We pack and ship very
quickly, most orders are processed the same day, so please call or
email immediately after purchase to ensure cancellation.
