Manufacturer Warranty Policy

One year warranty from the date of purchase against failure due to manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship. We will offer a replacement unit in exchange at no charge to the original purchaser.

• Warranty excludes failure due to improper installation, alteration, or consequence of other failed parts. 

Important Installation Note:

• Always replace worn fan blades or water pump when replacing the fan clutch

• Order placed before 3 pm PST on business day (Monday-Friday) will ship same day from Pomona, California
• Domestic package is ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business days) or UPS Ground (5 Business days) 

Return Policy

• New/Not Installed - 30 days from purchase date for exchange/refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Missing or damaged components will incur additional from the refund.
• Return Shipping - buyer is responsible for return shipping.
