Terms and Conditions: Payment I accept Paypal and Bank Deposit (Australian Customers Only) Payment Terms Payment must be received within 3 days unless otherwise arranged. I am more than happy to work with you if there is a problem. If no contact has been made within 3 days and payment has not been received an unpaid item case will be finalised.

Postage Terms I am happy to register/insure mail however, this is an additional cost borne by the buyer. If your package does not arrive, I am more than happy to assist in tracking it down through Australia Post, however, I do not refund or replace items that do not arrive. I highly recommend insurance. Please contact me for a quote if you require insurance or for the mail to be registered - I only charge the actual cost for these services per Australia Post.

Refunds/Returns Unless the item is grossly mis-represented in my description I can not accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. It is very important that you are happy with your purchase so if I have provided an incorrect description, please let me know and I can arrange a replacement or refund.
